I love love this product. This is a wonderful Vanity Base. True to its size, comfortable, very happy. I got this for my 24 year old daughter for work. She loves it! She ordered two more in different colors.

I ordered a Vanity Base from Wayfair and another Vanity Base from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Vanity Base, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. I only wish they had the other Vanity Base as I'm quite sure I'd be enjoying that as well right now. I at 1st felt Wayfair prices were a bit higher than other retailers, but I'm at the point I'd rather pay the extra just to rest assured that I will receive my order. I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. These furniture are so nice, now I have it in 1 colors. He is so incredibly versatile and can accompany me to everyone. It's sturdy, luxurious, soft and it definitely seems like I paid more for it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect 'one and done' Vanity Base!

After reading all the negative reviews I was leery about placing an order but since Wayfair had the cheapest price on the patio deck box I wanted I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. My deck box arrived within five days with no issues whatsoever. I won't hesitate to order again in the future.

I loved how I was able to order Vanity Base before placing my orderand it didn't take long to receive. I plan to order from site again since my credit card has offer rewards.

The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.

Last purchase was a new Vanity Base. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. I bought this Niturra 30" Single Bathroom Vanity Base Only as a New Year present for my daughter. It is as described online. Vanity Base looks good even though I feel it is too expensive. Should come with better packaging for the price.

You can not go wrong with this furniture. Good price. Nice color! It does not look cheap like the others. I have received so many compliments. It's very cool and looks great. Will definitely buy other colors!

I received my package when they said it would arrive. The box itself had a squished corner, not too concerning as the contents were packaged very well. One of the pieces did end up being damaged. I called customer service to get a replacement part. I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes, no hassle and they already have a replacement part on the way, free of charge! Ordered new Vanity Base. Great sale prices. Beautiful furniture and I've gotten lots of compliments. The Vanity Base originally came damaged. I called Wayfair while delivery guys were still there. They ordered a replacement and told me to keep the damaged one until the new one came. New one was delivered about 2-3 weeks later in perfect condition. Sometimes, people have to realize Wayfair is a fulfillment house--you place the order, they place it with the manufacturer and it is shipped from there.

Wayfair is my favorite home decor site. I was confused by all of the low scores and thought perhaps they were being unfairly reviewed. When examining the dates of the low scores, it appears that people are most upset with having to wait for their stuff which to me is an unfair criticism in light of Covid. They had promotional free shipping on returns earlier this year which was really nice, but I get why that can be costly for the company.

They also are quick to answer questions regarding specifics of their merchandise. Their shipping is quick and their customer service is responsive when things arrive damaged.
